sculpture 100 x 29 cm. Use of beached wood worked with drill, acrylic and resin colors. Sand for aquariums, stones, shells, glitter and stabilized moss were used. At the base there are aluminum sheets to reflect the light. All incorporated in epoxy resin. I used 100 hinges, 50 sheets of gold leaf and resin. The hinges to represent the bonds which can be multiple and this is the reason for the use of different colors and various shapes incorporated in the resin tied in an embrace. Many bonds are impossible to explain, they defy all logic and distance without ever breaking. Each bond has its own history and lives in its own light or in the darkest darkness. Every bond is different and unique, some follow invisible paths or live only in the mind. There is a beautiful poem by Jorge Luis Borges that says: You don't really know if life is a journey, if it's a dream, if it's waiting, if it's a plan that unfolds day after day and you don't realize it unless you look ahead. backwards. I live here
